• Name, relation, and phone number of up to 3 emergency contacts (provided by you)

c) Location Information

• GPS location for SOS alerts, complaints, Swachh Bharat reporting, and nearby business listings
• Location is collected only with your consent and used for safety and service purposes

d) Health and Activity Data (Optional)

• Height, weight, age, exercise details (for BMI calculator)
• Step count and activity data (for pedometer and rewards)
• These features are optional and collected only if you enable them

e) Media Data

• Photos, videos, or audio submitted via complaints, Swachh Bharat initiatives, or business listings
• For complaints submitted anonymously, your name is still stored in the backend solely for responding to you, but it is never publicly revealed

f) Device and Usage Information

• Device ID, IP address, crash logs, performance data
• Firebase analytics for improving app functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide SOS and emergency services
• Track complaints and Swachh Bharat initiatives
• For anonymous complaints, your name is stored in the backend only to provide updates or revert the status to you; it is not revealed to anyone else
• Manage volunteers, NGOs, and service providers
• Improve app functionality, security, and user experience
• Process business listing fees, subscriptions, and rewards
• Send important notifications and alerts
• Provide health and wellness features, including nutritionist consultation and BMI tracking

• With your chosen emergency contacts for SOS alerts
• With verified volunteers, ambulance drivers, and service providers to deliver requested services

• Data stored securely in Firebase with encryption

• Business listing fees are securely processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay)
• We do not store your payment card details
